Appointment Changes (Cancellations/Rescheduling)

Medication Refills

  1. Call your pharmacy to verify there are currently no refills on file.

  2. If no refills are on file, send me a Spruce message to notify me of the medication needing a refill.

  3. A refill will be sent within 2-3 business days to the last pharmacy that the prescription was sent to. If a change of pharmacy is needed please include that information in the Spruce message.

  4. I will reply to the Spruce message once the refill request has been processed.

Please note: I am not able to review and approve pharmacy driven prescription requests.
